By redesigning the crankshaft and intake manifold, Tohatsu has reduced the weight of each compenent by 37% and 48% respectively. With a total weight reduction of 30lbs, making the 25hp ‘D’ models 19% lighter than the previous version.

I ordered an outboard motor online here. The model I wanted was out of stock, so I called to see if it would be in before the price increase. I called the office, and the woman I spoke with told me about the email notifications. Sure enough, it worked, and I ordered it a few days later. The motor arrived in perfect condition, and I even got free lift gate service! I will definitely go to them for my next purchase.

Great customer service. I had a problem with FedEx using a lift when they delivered the motor and then charging for it without telling me there was a charge. Online outboards went to battle for me and solved the problem(got a refund). This was customer service way beyond what you might expect. Thanks!

Nice people. They shipped my orders (2x) quickly, no issues. And they actually answer the phone!

I was a little wary of their secondary website. But turned out to be legit. The motor was delivered on time and it worked perfectly out on the lake. The only negative is..called them to ask a question and a lady answered and said hello? Before I could even asked if this was Cumberland outboard/onlineoutboard...She hung up on me and when I tried to call back I got hung up again! I thought to myself I just got scammed. But, days later the motor got delivered thank God..
